Where we ship

We currently ship to: Italy, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders to the countries listed above. The shipping cost shown at checkout is €0.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times

Europe, United Kingdom and United States: usually 7–12 business days after shipping.

Canada and Australia: usually 8–15 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods (such as the Christmas season) or because of carrier or customs delays.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged by local authorities when your order arrives, especially for the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. Where these charges are collected at checkout, they are shown before you complete your purchase. If they are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the customer on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be corrected. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost, late or damaged parcels
